Return Policy

14 days, no drama

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery for a refund, and EU consumers hold this as a statutory right of withdrawal. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags. Trying it on is fine. Training legs in it is not.

How to start

  1. Email hello@burekbulk.com with your order number and reason (optional, but sizing feedback genuinely helps us).
  2. We reply the same business day with the return address and a prepaid label where applicable.
  3. Refund lands within 14 days of the item arriving back, to the original payment method.

Size exchanges

First exchange is on us: we ship the replacement size for free. Check the Sizing Guide first though, the tables in cm exist to prevent this whole paragraph.

Faulty items

Misprint, wrong item, or a seam that gave up early: send a photo, keep the item, we ship a replacement immediately. Statutory warranty rights apply on top and are never limited by this policy.

Non-returnable

Sticker packs (once opened) and anything customized with a Founding Bulk number, unless faulty.
